wholeness

noun

/ˈhəʊl.nəs/

the quality of being or feeling complete and not divided or damaged

While wellness often speaks of the physical health of the body and the absence of illness, wholeness dives deeper, inviting us to bring together the threads of our entire human experience. Wholeness is an intertwined system of the physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, and relational—all connected, all essential. It is not a destination but a journey of acceptance—of life’s fullness, its beauty, its ache, and its mystery. It’s the light that dances with the shadow, the joy that holds hands with the pain, the conscious and the yet-to-be-revealed.

WHOLENESS IS REMEMBERING THAT EVERY PART OF US BELONGS.

And it is through this remembrance that we unlock the depth, richness, and authenticity that life calls us to embody.

I see each of us as more than the sum of our stories, more than our triumphs or our wounds. Instead of turning away from what feels broken or messy, I walk alongside you as you reclaim these parts as sacred threads in the fabric of your being. Together, we move with curiosity, toward courage, creativity and the quiet, persistent calling of your soul.

Why focusing on wholeness matters?

In a world that often calls us to perform, be perfect, or conform, wholeness invites us back to ourselves. To reconnect with the rhythm of our inner world, our creative potential and the flow of nature. To soften into who we are and let that be enough. If this speaks to you, I invite you to step into this space with me. Let us journey together as you uncover the wisdom within and embrace the wholeness that is already yours.

I recognize that going on an inner journey can be a daunting, exciting, and sometimes exhausting adventure.

I will be here for you, offering presence without intrusion.

I trust in your ability to care for yourself. I will not take responsibility for you or diminish your power, nor will I abandon you.

I respect you and your decisions, believing in your inherent capability to choose for yourself.

I will support and encourage you throughout your inner journey. At times, I may challenge your beliefs, but always with respect for your truth.

I will inspire you to explore and take risks within your inner world, but I will never push you.

I will honor both my boundaries and yours to the best of my ability.

I am open to learning from you at all times.

I acknowledge that I make mistakes, and in such instances, I will own up to them and apologize to you.

MY GUIDING PRINCIPLES AND COMMITMENT TO YOU AND OUR JOURNEY TOGETHER:

CREDENTIALS AND TRAINING

I hold a Master’s degree in Transpersonal Psychology with dual concentrations in Spirituality and Creativity, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with Counseling Skills.

As a non-clinical practitioner, I don’t diagnose or treat mental-health conditions. I work experientially—sessions are built around direct, embodied practices rather than talk alone. I guide you through body-centered practices such as sound healing, conscious movement, expressive arts, ritual, and somatic awareness—that help you feel your way back to wholeness.

My work is for those on a path of personal and spiritual growth—especially women ready to move beyond the limitations of the analytical mind and return to the deep intelligence of body, soul, and creativity. I create safe, sacred, and transformative spaces where every part of you is welcome.

I’m also a certified Sound Healer and Life Coach. But beyond the titles, what truly lights me up is bringing together not only my academic background which was transformational to say the least, but also the lived journey of reclaiming my childlike wonder, my voice, my creativity, and the gifts that once lay dormant beneath layers of conditioning and chronic stress and trauma. My personal healing experiences have shaped how I meet others on their path, and that is with reverence, curiosity, and the unwavering belief in your power as a loving and wise soul.

My work draws from spiritual psychology, expressive arts, eco-spirituality, depth work, ritual, ceremony, and feminine reclamation to create transformative experiences. It is alive, intuitive, and always evolving. I’m endlessly curious and deeply devoted to the messy, beautiful journey of being human—and I bring that devotion into every space I hold. My work is a living, breathing synthesis of everything that has moved my soul and supported my own healing—offered back in service of yours.

FAQ

What does non-clinical Transpersonal Psychologist means?

I’m trained in a branch of psychology that honors the full spectrum of human experience—including emotional, spiritual, creative, and expanded states of awareness. My work is non-clinical, which means I don’t diagnose or offer therapy. Instead, I guide others through soul-rooted self-discovery using expressive arts, sound, somatic practices, and inner reflection.

Is this therapy?
No. My work is non-clinical and is not a substitute for psychotherapy or clinical mental health care. I provide coaching, somatic and creative healing practices, and spiritual-psychological guidance.

What is Transpersonal Psychology?
Transpersonal Psychology is a holistic field that integrates spiritual wisdom, expanded consciousness, creativity, and human potential with traditional psychological understanding. It views healing as a journey of awakening to one’s full self—not only emotionally and mentally, but spiritually, energetically, and creatively.

It also recognizes the deep interconnectedness of all things—the relationship between psyche, nature, body, community, and cosmos. Transpersonal Psychology acknowledges that our wellbeing is shaped not just internally, but also through our place in the world, our connection to the Earth, and the ecological, social, and cultural systems we are part of.

Who is this work for?
Sensitive, intuitive, creative women who are seeking deeper alignment, healing, self-trust, and authentic expression in their lives. If traditional talk therapy hasn’t brought you the clarity or transformation you long for, and you find yourself circling the same patterns, this work offers a different way forward. One that invites you beyond the thinking mind and into the wisdom of your body, voice, and soul.
