We learn and heal through direct, embodied experience rather than just analysis. Sound vibrations you can feel in your bones, breath that expands the ribs, and your voice can connect you to your deep buried wounds but also lift you to a higher awareness and creative insight. The act of drawing across blank paper and engaging the body's wisdom through conscious movement—all these are the medicine. When the body is engaged, transformation becomes a lived experience, remembered in your cells, and that, my friend, is how we heal and grow.
