THE PHOENIX RISING SISTERHOOD
In today’s society, embodying one’s true essence as a woman is not an easy task. After generations of patriarchal conditioning and deeply embedded imbalanced views and values, it takes an immense amount of awareness and courage to surrender old ways of being and step into a new soul aligned paradigm. There are things we can resolve on our own, however, it is likely that we will also need another person since we can't see ourselves without a mirror. There is something magical about being witnessed in our full expression.
And what better than a village of mirroring women who share our depths and inner curiosity?

Welcome to our Pheonix Rising Women Gathering: a 3-month online container where we learn and practice a new way of being and find courage to come face to face with our pain and our fears. To emerge from our pain, we have to enter it. And this is a space to do so. This is a space where we answer questions of the mind with the language of our hearts and where we learn to go deeper while moving into ourselves.

What we will be doing?
You are invited to come as you are and if you feel comfortable to engage in expressive art making. We are not concerned about it being pretty, creative, or artistic and are rather looking to simply express ourselves in a deep way.

Each week, prior to our meeting, you will be receiving an email with the theme along with journaling prompts and meditation recorded by me that we will discuss during our meeting.
